Explanation:

ANSWER:-

Bee stung is treated with Baking Soda.

But Why?

We know that Bee stings are acidic in nature. If we apply vinegar, washing soda or lemon juice , no action will occur as acid and acid gives nothing. But Baking Soda being a base, neutralises.

Remember,

Acid + Base gives salt and water.

That is why Baking Soda is applied.

What about wasp stings?

Well, Wasp stings as Basic in nature. So in order to neutralise base, we need acid. So we can apply Lemon juice as it contains citric acid or vinegar which has Aceitic Acid to treat it.

Nettle Leaf:-

  • These are acidic in nature
  • These have methanoic acid in them
  • We should apply Baking Soda in case we are hurt

Nature has itself provided remedy for Nettle sting. In forest a Dock plant grows beside which has basic nature leaves and cures pain instantly.
