Previous Knowledge About Death,

Before, when I always heard or saw the word “death”, I became nervous or even terrified. I always thought and asked myself why I need to live if I will die one day. I always overthink about the things that I need to do in the future. So when the time comes and I am already on my deathbed, I will not leave this world with foolishness and regret

*New Understanding About Death*

Now, I am slowly starting to accept that the time will come that I will die some. I started to remain calm when I heard or saw, or even in the face of death because now I know that death for us is certain and inescapable. I started to live every day with the idea that any time, I will meet my end. Because death can also mean a new beginning

*What makes more sense?*

Do not think that when you die, it’s all over. Try to regain your thoughts backward. Instead of living while thinking and patiently waiting for the time of your death, start to live a healthy and productive life and do what makes you happy. And when you’re already on the verge of dying, just thought of the things that you’ve done while you’re still okay instead of thinking of what will happen to you next. Because you can beat death not by trying to extend or stay healthy in your life. What makes more sense is that you’re living freely while doing everything that makes you happy.
