periods are the batural process which cant be stopped.so it is not at all a topic of embarresment or guilty for a women.the person who make fun of a women about periods they must know that it is a healthy and most important reproductive cycle that evey women should undergo.we are all proud to be a girl and we are not ashamed of our periods.
