Good morning everyone , honourable principal , respected teachers , present delegates and my dear friends.

Today our , seminar topic is - INNER AND OUTER PLANETS OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM.

I and my friend are going to present you some information about our inner and outer planets ..and some unknown facts as well..How our solar system was formed , how are the planets classified, everything would be discussed today .


$\textbf{Solar System}$----

Our solar system is a complete system of heavenly bodies, ranging from Stars to planets , satellites to asteroids and many more such things ..

Our solar system consists of a star at the center , i.e, SUN , and eight planets ...
Namely : Mercury , Venus , Earth , Mars , Jupiter , Saturn , Uranus , Neptune.

Though there were nine planets in our solar system , including 'Pluto' , but ..In the year 2004, it was declared to be a 'Dwarf Planet'.

Interesting fact: If you find it difficult to memorise the planets according to their position from the Sun , then the following line may help you -------------

" My Very Excellent Mother Just Served Us Nuts. "

The ..planets from Mercury to Mars are called Inner planets and ..the ones from Jupiter to Neptune are called outer planets.
The inner planets are made up of dust particles , whereas the outer planets are mostly made up of gas , hence , are called "Gas Giants".
