in BeH2 bond due to the charge of hydrogen Be attach the both charge of hydrogen by which it cancel out and dipole moment remaining zero.i

Even though BeH2 won't be alone still it's hybridisation is so giving a linear structure. So the hydrogen on either sides pulls the Be in equal amount there by negleting the dipole movement.
