Nowadays, our schedules are full of work time but no other human interactions ,causing us to distance ourselves from being social. Not being social can sometimes lead to be annoyed by someone's presence too. People are scared of letting people in or trusting them wholeheartedly because

1.They have experienced rejection or ignorance

or

2. they are forced to not trust people or being genuine about your feelings towards them whether they are a family member or a friend.
