YES,being rich does not necessarily mean living a healthy life or disease free life because of
1)Rich means financial good ie money wise.
2)If more money ,then more health problems because to secure ,to protect,to manage etc
3)Stress will be more and diseases like diabetes(sugar problem),hypertension(B.P)
4)Then how the person will be happy if he is rich
So health is a state of being well enough to function physically,mentally and socially with optimum efficiency.

In our society we can see clearly that mostly rich people are not healthy. Besides this people living a normal life but working hard are mostly healthy and fit. Rich people's life style is the main reason in their health they keep focusing on how to earn more and more so in this race they forget to care about their health and deseases like obesity, diabetes and hypertension dominate their health.
