We may conduct educational camps in the rural areas in order to educate the illiterate women and men about the basics,.And also it is important to create awareness among the people on why to be educated.Childre. should be educated compulsory as the country's future depends on the children .People in rural areas should come voluntarily to learn.Setting up vocational educational campaigns would help to resolve the problem to be partially solved .Even students can educate the uneducated Parents or relations in order to start it from the basement.They can also start some voluntary groups and collect some money to run up a educational institutions or to help someone who is very poor to join in a institution .Social media can also be used as a tool to create world wide awareness on this issue and gathering some voluntary group with the help of parents.If each one of us thinks about it individually we can solve this in India.The goverment support is essential..It can run up free government schools and colleges in all rural and urban areas with good quality teachers to have better education
