Here I am writing the main difference between Anaphase 1 and 2. It might help you strengthen your concepts.

Anaphase I:

The homologous chromosomes separate, while sister chromatids remain associated at their centromeres.

Thus, homologous chromosomes of each pair, rather than the chromatids of a chromosome are separated. As a result, reduction in number of chromosomes (to half) occurs. Each chromosome at poles is still double and consists of two chromatids. This is in contrast to single stranded chromosome of mitotic anaphase.

Anaphase II:

Centromeres of each chromosomes split. It results in separation of sister chromatids.

Chromatids of each chromosome start moving towards opposite poles of the cell.
