Being the chief minister of Bihar write a notice banning the use of alcohol in Bihar. A fine of 50,000 along with in prisonment for 1 year for those who don't follow the rules.

PENALTY OF Rs.50, 000 AND 1 YEAR IMPRISONMENT N USE OF ALCOHOL.

 

As we know alcohol is banned in Bihar since 1 year. So use of alcohol is illegal in the view of the government .If anybody is seen selling or intaking alcohol it may cause penalty of 50,000 with 1 year imprisonment.
