My dear citizens ,Officers ,Polices.I have taken a decision regarding Alcohol consumption .The citizens of Bihar are kindly ,strictly warned that Consumption of Alcohol is going to be considered as a criminal case from now on .The consumption of alcohol is to be considered as illegal act .The person consuming the Alcohol can be Jailed without any trial .The consumers are strictly warned that they are going to Jailed ,and imposed a fine of Rupees 50,000 and with a stay in jail for a week .The polices are given the permission to jail any person consuming Alcohol at any place .Thus ,I am giving a Jail warrant to any police of cader Of constable and more

Promote "Good habits "
Avoid "Drinking and smoking "

These have spoiled the citizens

PENALTY OF Rs.50, 000 AND 1 YEAR IMPRISONMENT N USE OF ALCOHOL.

 

As we know alcohol is banned in Bihar since 1 year. So use of alcohol is illegal in the view of the government .If anybody is seen selling or intaking alcohol it may cause penalty of 50,000 with 1 year imprisonment.
