Belgium and Sri lanka reveal that in spite of being the democratic country both countries dealt with the power sharing like -
- In Belgium the leaders realised that the unity of the country is possible only by by respecting the feelings and interest of different regions. Thus, resulted in acceptable for power saving.
- Sri lanka show that if a majority community wants to force its dominance over others and refuses to share power, it can undetermin the unity of the country.
