If PT is your tangent then then angle OTP is 90 because tangent is perpendicular to its radius.

you can find radius by pythagoras theorem but according to your question your hypotenuse must be OP

Hypotenuse is longest side but your hypotenuse is smaller then other side .

Recheck your question and then find your radius by pythagoras theorem by taking OP as it's hypotenuse
