Ben work as an engineer at Dadu Electrical Sdn Bhd with wages of RM2000 per month. One day, he wanted to buy a car, but he does not have enough for the deposit. He asked his employer, Mr Dadu to advance him his wages, which he will pay by deducting his wages for several months. Mr Dadu agreed, and give him RM6000, with the agreement that the company will deduct RM 900 per month for 10 months, together with 15% interest. Ben was dissatisfied with the interest, but still proceed with the advancement. After finishing paying back to the company, Ben then made an application to deduct his wages for repayment of his housing loan with the sum of RM1800 per month. However this application was rejected by the Mr Dadu, saying that the company can only deduct RM 1,500 per month at most. Again Ben was dissatisfied as he wanted to pay RM1800 per month as his housing loan contract required him to pay RM1800 per month. Advise Ben on the advancement and deduction of wages.
