it revitalizes our body mind and soul. it rejuvenate us. it makes our mind free and concentrated. concentration is a very powerful an efficient need for students. yoga keeps our mind calm and quiet. to become stable unable to do walk with a great entity and speed

yoga helps to make children physically  fit and active they wont be facing any problems related to health
meditation helps children in having peace of mind and calmness they wont be confused and worried up but will be calm going and it also helps students increasing their concentration power which helps children remember easily what they learn so it helps their studies
