Benzene diazonium chloride takes part in coupling reaction with phenol but not with nitrobenzene. Exlain

Benzene diazonium chloride acts as an electrophile. So it would react with a nucleophile. Phenol acts as a nucleophile due to +R effect of OH substituent. Whereas nitrobenzene itself acts as an electrophile due -R effect of NO2 substituent.
