◆These both elements belong to 2nd group of periodic table and belongs to s-Block.
All other S-block elements give flame test except these two because of their compact structure or can say amaal sized structure and High Ionization enthalpy.
Both have small size which hold electrons more tightly and Increases their ionization enthalpy.Hence Flame heat is not enough to excite electrons of these two elements that's why no flame appear.
