A federal form of government is a type of government in which people of the country rule through different houses and authorities.Basically the powers of this type of government is divided into two major categories.They are

1. Central National Government

2.Local State Government

This kind of distinction between the powers helps the states and the complete nation to function smoothly without much conflicts cause in majority of the states the party at the national authority is only functioning in many states of the country.

Further The Central National Government is divided into three Parts

1.Legislature

2.Executive

3.Judiciary

Legislature is further divided into two parts I.e

1. Lok Sabha

2. Rajya Sabha

Legislature - The body of the federal government that is responsible for the implementation of the laws in the country.

Executive - The primary function of executive is to enforce laws and to maintain law and order in the state.

Judiciary - The main function of the Judiciary is to adjudicate and to interpret Acts of Parliament and the common law. Additionally the Judiciary has the power to issue out orders or directives as may be necessary to ensure law, peace and order is maintained.
