various other goals are facilities for family, job security, working environment. These are important as without these you are not able to focus properly on your work. Income is only one aspect for work but other aspects too matter

For ex- without job security you are not sure if your job will last for long or not. People often think that they might not remain financially stable which results in building up of stress and hence people are not able to focus properly on their work . Hence it is an aspect which is equally important as income

Besides income there are other important goals which are crucial for the development of an individual they are ,secured job, respect from others,decent price for the products , regular jobs and decent wages. to live a happy life we require these factors. Income is not only the adequate factor to live a happy and prosperous life. money cannot buy disease free environment .
