(5x - 2)(2x + 4) \\  = 5x(2x + 4) - 2(2x + 4) \\  = 10x {}^{2}  + 20x - 4x - 8 \\  = 10x {}^{2}  + 16x - 8 \\

x {}^{2} (a - x) + x {}^{2} (a + x) \\ x {}^{2} (a - x + a + x) \\  = 2ax {}^{2}

area = (a {}^{2}  + b {}^{2}  + c {}^{2} ) \times 3abc \\

 =  {10x}^{2}  + 20x - 4x + 8

 =  {10x}^{2}  + 16x + 8

 {x}^{2}(a - x) +  {x}^{2}(a + x)

 = a {x}^{2}  -  {x}^{3}  + a {x}^{2}  +  {x}^{3}

 = 2a {x}^{2}

Q10.

Area of a rectangle = Length × Breadth

=
