Kolkata is the BEST city in India. Bengal is the best!

Chennai is not the best city in country.

but I think best city is Hyderabad and Bangalore.

Hyderabad have the best quality for living according to me.

and Bangalore have great educational institution.

but I m satisfied with rajdeep11111's answer also, yeah Kolkata is nice but not best...
