Concept Introduction:-

It could take the shape of a word or a numerical representation of a quantity's arithmetic value.

Given Information:-

We have been given that BEST is a rhombus.

To Find:-

We have to find that the value of y-x

Solution:-

According to the problem

$\mathrm{TS} \| \mathrm{BE} \therefore \angle \mathrm{SBE}=\angle \mathrm{BST}=40^{\circ}$

$$\angle \mathrm{y}=90^{\circ}$$

In \Delta \mathrm{TSO}$

$\angle \mathrm{STO}+\angle \mathrm{OST}=\angle \mathrm{EOS}$(Exterior angle property)

$\Rightarrow \mathrm{x}+40^{\circ}=90^{\circ} \Rightarrow \mathrm{x}=90^{\circ}-40^{\circ} \Rightarrow \mathrm{x}=50^{\circ}$

So, $y-x=90^{\circ}-50^{\circ}=40^{\circ}$

Final Answer:-

The correct answer is the value of y-x is 40^{\circ}.
