2:00 PM – 6:00 PM is the best time of day for reading-heavy tasks like studying literature and history. (Now, of course because some of us tend to be “morning people” and others tend to be “night people” there's a 2-3 hour variance depending on where you fall on that spectrum…)

➨ This thing totally depends on the person who wants to study. There are two times to study, in the morning and at night.
________________
✶ According to me, studying in morning is best time to study as a person has a lots of energy in the morning when he/she wakes up. In morning, the body is totally fresh and your mind is relaxed.
✶ Studying in night, makes the subject or the topic more boring and it all looks like a burden. It takes a lot of time to complete the decides target. Studying in late night can also cause harm to your body. You can also get depressed.
✶ So, I prefer studying in the morning and not being a night owl.
