After the FRENCH REVOLUTION IN 1789 people understood that they also need right to question the king and his actions. They all need equal right as people to select their own leaders. So the people themselves formed organizations to protest against monarchy. They drafted their own constitution. And the people protested to the monarchy to leave. People saw this conflict as the war of the people. The people where very happy after the withdrawal of the monarch. Then the new constitution was set to act upon the people. They decided to make a war between Austria, they voted. Then they made the army ready This consisted of young man in FRANCE. They termed this war as a war of the people.
