If you meant easier governance I don't think so. I feel that the parliamentary system will be much more efficient .Here the voice of the citizens can be raised. People will also have the right to question the government .Here the opposition can question and protest against the decisions .I don't think that will be possible in a presidential system .As yoy may know the president is not answerable to the elected body.Even though the president can work strictly for the good of its people in most cases it is not the situation . It can also lead to further damages.Such systems can be a success in certain cases but on the whole the chances of the successful implementation of the system is very low.
