BF3 is an acid though it does not contain any hydrogen atom. Explain

acid is one which has empty orbitals or we can say which can accept electrons
so in BF3 boron has empty p orbitals in which it can accept electrons and also if an atom has incomplete valency can be called as acid so here boron has incomplete valency and can accept electrons so it behaves as an acid
