Bhola's friend is ready with mature wheat crop. List and explain the steps he would have to undertake before selling the grains to FCI

First he need to harvest the crop ,then after harvesting is done the he need to store the grains if needed otherwise its ready for sell.
but during storage he need to be careful , he may use pesticides etc.
