Let the money with Bupinder be x

Property with daughter = 60/100x

Property with grandson = [{x - 60/100x} X 20/100] = 40/100x X 20/100 =  8/100x

Left over property = Rs 4250

Now,

x - 60/100x - 8/100x = Rs 4250

32/100x = Rs 4250

x = 13281.25
