Thus the diagonal of square is 14 cm

a = (1/2) d^2           |       d = 14cm, r = 7cm

a = (1/2) 14^2          |       area of circle = π r^2

a = 98cm^2            |                              = (22*7*7) / 7

                                                              = 22*7

                                      area of circler = 154cm^2

remaining area = aoc - aos

                         = 154 - 98

                         = 56cm^2
