Bihar is having highest infant mortality rate. Why? Give two reasons

1)Big population, large family sizes, overcrowding, all leading to increased infections. Bihar( rather whole of India) is still fighting with the burden of infectious diseases. And moreover, large family sizes somewhere contribute to neglect of child health.

2) Child rearing practices, not every traditional practice is good. I mean there are some good and some bad.
