Binomial Nomenclature is the scientific method of naming the individuals(plants &animals)which can be used throughout the world..
it consists of 2 parts
1)generic name
2)specie name
e.g homo sapiens(bold letters)

The system which provides a correct scientific name for a plant with two components is called binomial nomenclature.

2. The first one is generic and second one is specific name.

The scientific name should be in Latin and must be underlined or printed in Italics.

The generic name starts with a capital letter.

The specific name starts with a small letter.
