Sir Issac Newton was born on25thDec inWoolshorpe Lincolonshore London and died 20th march1726.He was anenglish physicist and amathematician.His book MATHEMATICAL PRINCIPLES OF NATURAL PHILOSOPHY published in1687,laid foundation forclassical mechanics.he also made contributions to Optics.Newtons principia formulated the laws of motion and universal gravitation.He built first practical reflecting telescope and developed a theory of colorbased on observation thata prism decompose white light component colors of visible spectrum

Isaac Newton was born in 1643 in Woolsthorpe, England. Newton's mother wanted him to be a farmer. Newton's father died before he was born. His mother remarried and he was raised by his mother and grandmother and he ended his studies by studying law at Trinity college, Cambridge university. He also attended free Grammar School and also worked as a servant to pay his bills. He discovered gravity and put forth his three laws which are Newton's laws and are of great significance in the field of science and technology.
