Faiyaz Khan is a legend of Hindustani Classical music. He belonged to the legendary Agra Gharana. He was born in Sikandra near Agra. Considered a Neo-classicist by some scholars of Hindustani classical music, Faiyaz Khan was known for his robust voice and impeccable gayaki and taankari.
