From my point of view avoid direct topics from ncert textbook because the external examiner has a clear knowledge about the topics they teach and if they are in bad mood you will have a rough time with viva eg:if you choose malaria (given HUMAN HEALTH AND DISEASE)you have a easy job of submitting the project but the examiner may ask you some entrance level questions.

i think lowest mark you would get is 27/30 unless you don’t screw your practicals or not submitting your project on time , the other +3 marks depends on viva.If you submit something new the examiner might stick to questions like
