bios screen is coming and computer restarting...what to do..??

We need your full specs to get a better idea of the situation.

however, there are a lot of things to consider when it hapends:

-Check all hardware connections inside your case.

-Make a clear CMOS in order to reset the bios settings.

-Check your PSU  

-Check your mobo (bad caps tend to do that kind of issues).

-Check your HDD.

-And the list goes on and on
