Once when Akbar went out hunting with his soldiers they were chasing a tiger when they got lost in the dense jungle.Akbar and his soldiers became very worried as they came at a place which had three roads.They saw a young man coming towards them through one of the roads.The Emperor asked,"Which road leads to Agra".Maan Singh(Birbal) said,"Roads dont walk on their own,do they".Since Akbar was a little short-tempered his soldiers were astonished as their Emperor burst out laughing. Birbal showed them the correct way and Akbar gave his Ring to Birbal to visit his ROYAL PALACE.In this way Akbar met Birbal.
