Black is a colour and white is also a colour but black and white television is not colour TV... why?? pls Explain 10 Marks

Of course, black and white are colours but they don't show the actual colours of the things. When we watch the black and white tv there's no feel in it as we cannot see the actual beautiful colours of the clothing worn in the particular program. So, the black and white tv is not considered as coloured tv.....
