this can't be whole reason ... the main reason is the pressure inside our arteries which is way too high than the atmospheric pressure . and we go on high altitude place where there pressure is minimal so the capillaries inside our nose follows the pressure gradient i.e. from high to low pressure and hence blood oozes out .
