Stammer Poem:

       This poem could be a philosophical exploration of stammering that could be a struggle in speaking. The writer begin by distinguishing that stammer isn't a handicap. He says that it's a technique of speaking. He explains that stammer is that the silence between the word and its means.

       This is a philosophical statement to not be taken virtually. As an individual stammers he/she is unable to complete his/her statement due to physiological reasons. It’s undue to the shortage of language ability on a part of the speaker. The writer is talking concerning the discretional relationship between the word and its means. Most folks notice it troublesome to use the correct words to convey the intending meaning.  

       So the writer is attempting to mention that lack of language competence and integrity are even larger issues compared to physical or physiological issues like disability of walking or stammering.
