Blood and sea water are Colloidal mixtures as Blood contains Blood cells, Plasma, RBC, WBC, platelets which do not settle down under the action of gravity.
Sea water contains salts and other particles etc. which also doesn't settle down at the bottom.
Both blood and sea water contains microscopic particles which do not settle down at the bottom by the action of gravity , therefore, both are colloidal solutions.
