Blood filled cavity in cockroach is called (a) haemocoel.

It is the body cavity of invertebrates. It is developed from the blood system and remains full of blood in cockroach.

Mostly in insects, haemocoel as body cavity is observed. In cockroach, haemocoel is found in three sinuses by two horizontal and muscular membranes.

These two membranes are called dorsal diaphragm and ventral diaphragm.
