did u mean veins?..

Arteries carry blood from the heart to the tissues. The heart actively pumps blood. The veins carry blood in the opposite direction. The tissues do not pump the blood like the heart. That’s why arterial blood pressure is higher than venous blood pressure.

yes blood pressure in arteries is higher than in valves because the lumen size is less in arteries and thus blood flow really fast in them
