Calculate the distance travelled by it before it comes to rest from a velocity of 10, ms power-1​

acceleration = 2m/s²

so, by third equation of motion

2 × acceleration× displacement = final velocity² - initial velocity²

2as = v² - u²

2×2[s] = 0² - 10²

4 [s] = -100

    s  = -100/4 = -25 m = 25m in negative direction
