no!! this is because they are cold blooded animals

note : all reptiles are not cold blooded

reptiles and amphibians are cold blooded so there body temperature changes according to environment in order to live in that environment and that's why there body temperature are not constant. they adapt themselves according to there environment and adapt themselves to that environment
