Dear sir/ mam,
i beg to state that i am unable to appear in the undergoing exams due to my serious illness. i had typhoid for last month and advised by doctor to take bed rest for this week. i will join the school after this week. i humbly request u to consider my case and do the favor for me. i scored good in the previous year exam. so i hope that i will be taken into account for my candidature and best outcome will be offered to me by the school to attend this exam separately.
