Answer: The boiled and chewed rice does not turn blue.

Explanation: The rice contain starch and iodine gives a reaction with starch. When you chew the boiled rice, the starch gets broken down into maltose and dextrin, this happens so because saliva contains enzyme amylase. Since the starch is already broken down into maltose and dextrin, it doesn't change it's color when it comes in contact with iodine.
