boiling water doesn't increase in temperature because the boiling point of water is 273 k.

the additional heat given to boiling water(at 373.15 K) is used by the water molecules to change their state and hence the Hydrogen bond breaks due to this additional heat and convert it to gaseous state and the temperature will be constant
