Heya...
Here is your answer ---

1. (i) Second base angle = 180-115
Second base angle = 65°

So, (2x-5)+(x)+(65) = 180° (angle sum)
2x-5+x+65 = 180°
3x+60 = 180°
3x = 180-60
3x = 120
x = 120/3
x = 40°

(ii) First base angle = 180-105
First base angle = 75°
Second base angle = 180-118
Second base angle = 62°

So, 75+62+x = 180° (angle sum)
137+x = 180
x = 180-137
x = 43°

(iii) Here, 50+x+72+45 = 180° (angle sum)
x+167 = 180°
x = 180-167
x = 13°

2. (i) First base angle in smaller triangle = 55° (isosceles triangle)
Second base angle in the other triangle = 180-55 = 125°

So, 125+30+y = 180° (angle sum)
y+155 = 180°
y = 180-155
y = 25°

Top angle in smaller triangle = 180-110 = 70°

Now, 70+x+y = 180° (straight line)
70+x+25 = 180°
95+x = 180°
x = 180-95
x = 85°

(ii) x = 66° (alternative angle)
Top angle = x = 66° (isosceles triangle)
66+66+y = 180 (angle sum)
132+y = 180
y = 180-132
y = 48°

(iii) Top angle of the larger triangle = 35° (isosceles triangle)
Second base angle of the larger triangle = 180-70 = 110°

y+110 = 180 (linear pair)
y = 180-110
y = 70°

Second base angle of smaller triangle = 70° (isosceles triangle)
Top angle of smaller triangle = 180-140 = 40°

Now, x+40+35 = 180° (straight line)
x+75 = 180°
x = 180-75
x = 105°

HOPE IT HELPS...!!
