Both ali and postmaster are two sides of same point. Explain

As fathers, both Ali and the postmaster were more or less the same. Though Ali's filial affection was far more stronger, the postmaster also was transformed on realising about his daughter's illness. As a father, he realised how much pain Ali must have been dealing with all these years. Like Ali, he also could not be at peace concerning his daughter. He spent the entire night in anxiety over his daughter's ill-health. As a father he was neither arrogant, nor insensitive.
