2. it really exists

1. it contain 7 - 20 or 30 stars
2. it also exists but in imaginations of people that stars are forming an image

Constellation is a group of stars that form a specific shape like Orion, etc. and it contains only stars or nebulae. On the other hand, galaxy does not form any particular shape and there are planets, comets, asteroids, meteoroids, etc, which are not present in constellations.
